

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
General. Both parties agree that the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede or replace all previous written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Acceptance of Terms: SCORMPlayer.com develops and makes available software, both for a fee and free, which allows users to deliver SCORM compliant courses via CD or web sites. The fee paid is to obtain license files which upgrade our free SCORM Player standard version to Professional or Course Demonstratornstrators. Other fees is paid to upgrade trial versions of our license generator and SCORM Course Protector to their respective full working versions. Different refund policy is applicable to different license as described below. Please note that there is no refund for any purchase that is made through our manual process.
Since they are available free, refund policy does not apply.
A full refund will be entertained without questions within 7 days of generating the license. Upon receipt of the refund, the user should immediate terminate any use and distribution of the license at his/her own cost.
Second Refund: During the generation of a license, two email addresses may be nominated: the email address to which the license file will be sent and the tutor email address, encoded in the license file, to which the learners' interaction data will be sent. When a refund is entertained, the email addresses linked to the refunded license will be referred to as "refunded emails". We shall maintain a database of all refunded emails. If a request to generate of a license file is received later, and any email address supplied by the new request matches any of "refunded emails" in our database, SCORMPlayer.com will consider that the user is satisfied with our software or the problem(s) initiating the previous refund request is/are resolved. We further assume that this has occurred because of the continue use of the refunded license. We, hence, demand that the original license be fully paid before we entertain the second request for license file generation. When the refund license is paid, any matching supplied email will be removed from our "refunded emails" database.
Second and Subsequent License File: No refund request will be entertained for second or subsequent license file because we believe that the user already has sufficient opportunities to evaluate the usefulness of the software and has made a considered decision to obtain further licenses.
Trial versions are available for these products. Users are advised to thoroughly consider the usefulness of these products before making any purchase decision. No refund will be entertained.
